 | 1 large continental cucumber |  |
2 teaspoons salt |  |
half cup thick coconut milk |  |
1 fresh red chilli, seeded and sliced |  |
1 small onion |  |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |

Method |  |
Peel cucumber and slice very thinly. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 30 minutes. Press out all liquid. Drain well. Mix with remaining ingredients. Serve with curry or as a salad.
