| 1 small cabbage, roughly shredded | |
2 onions, thinly sliced | |
2 chillies, minced | |
Half a tin peeled tomatoes, roughly chopped without the juice | |
Half teaspoon turmeric | |
Half teaspoon mustard seeds | |
Half teaspoon salt | |
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut | |
2 oz margarine |

Method | |
Fry mustard seeds in margarine until they pop. Add onions and tomatoes. Fold in the chilli, turmeric, salt, coconut, then the cabbage. Coat. Turn off and let sit. Heat to eat.
